Regional Presence
We represent the main backbone for IP and Transport in South America. Through the operation of an open network, we contribute to the competitiveness of markets, which in return translates into higher and better access to connectivity for all, which positively impacts the quality of life of the 380 million people of South America.

29.000 KM of optical fiber interconnecting Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Argentina and Brazil, with a network operated with priority over energy transport networks.

We have access to 5 submarine cable systems through 7 fronts located in 6 countries, providing services in more than 170 cities with 200.000 inhabitants.

Network constructed in ringed topology.

We monitor the network 24x7x365 in 3 large regional Data Centers.

First open regional network adapted to support the IPv6 protocol.

First regional network in obtaining the MEF CE 1.0 certification between Colombia and Chile for Carrier Ethernet services.

Network certified with ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001.

With 6.682 KM of optical fiber, Colombia was our pioneer operation. Its network has the highest data transport capacity in the country. It is completely ringed and has outlets into systems ARCOS-1, Maya, Panamericano, Emergia, CFX and GlobeNet. By land, it connects with Venezuela and Ecuador.

We deliver services in DWDM, SDH-PDH, MPLS and Carrier Ethernet interfaces, which ensure the coverage, diversity, and quality required by our customers.

The network has a Carrier Class platform for Internet access, with direct connection to the main providers of United States, and a Data Center with local connection to the top Content Delivery Networks, providing the region with the contents most consumed by end users.

Network spread out over 7 rings, which at the same time integrate with microwave links for attention in secondary cities, offering the best conditions of redundancy and coverage.

We incorporate 100 Gbps lambdas to attend demands of maximum transport volumes.

We operate an optical fiber network of 4.674 KM long which extends towards the coast, the jungle and the sierra. It is the network that has grown the most in terms of length, customers, and income during the last 4 years for the whole company.
We deliver services in DWDM, SDH-PDH, MPLS, IP and Carrier Ethernet interfaces, which ensure the coverage, diversity, and quality required by our customers.

We were pioneers in installing the optical fiber in low coverage regions inside the central and south areas of Peru, where emblematic cities such as Cusco are located.

In 7 years, we triplicated our network in Peru and have already laid across 12 provinces in the country. Due to the diversity of our coverage, we adapt to the needs to the mining-energy sector, which strives for the development of Peru.

We have submarine cable outlets from Lima towards Santiago, and land connection with Ecuador.

We have a network 2.577 KM long, which goes through the central region and concentrates the highest demand in the country, providing the main cities of Mendoza, Córdoba, Rosario and Buenos Aires, with additional offload points in Río Primero, Arroyito, Rafaela, Santo Tomé, Federal, Chajarí and Paso de los Libres.
We deliver services in DWDM, SDH-PDH, MPLS, IP and Carrier Ethernet interfaces, which ensure the coverage, diversity, and quality required by our customers.

We have humidity protection between Buenos Aires and Sao Paulo, and an international outlet through the SAC cable. Additionally, we have a land outlet towards Brazil and Chile.

In only 2 years, we have expanded from 4 to 10 cities and made developments to deliver connectivity in 3 additional cities, including a new province.

We have an optical fiber network with a length of 6.811 KM, which offers coverage in the main cities of the coast: Uruguaiana, Porto Alegre, Curitiba, São Paulo and Belo Horizonte. The network also offloads in intermediate points such as Napomuceno, Careaçu and Cambuí.

We deliver services in DWDM, SDH-PDH, MPLS, IP and Carrier Ethernet interfaces, which ensure the coverage, diversity, and quality required by our customers.

We have a São Paulo-Río de Janeiro-Belo Horizonte ring (which conforms the highest demand triangle) and submarine support between São Paulo and Buenos Aires.

Connection with PTT Curitiba, São Paulo y Rio, which enables traffic interchange with the best operators in the country.

We have Internet outlets located in Río de Janeiro and São Paulo.

At Río de Janeiro, we have a network of 2.700 KM along the State, which operates with SDH technology, Metroethernet and DWDM, in a ringed topology.

Thanks to our association with operator CANTV from Venezuela, INTERNEXA’s network has access to  power lines extending 1.977 KM, which connect Colombia with the city of Caracas.

First-generation multiplexor SDH equipment located in Caracas, which enables us to deliver capacities both for SDH as well as Ethernet, from E1´S up to STM-16, including Fast and Gigabit Ethernet interfaces.

Access to SAC submarine cable systems and GlobeNet through Caracas.

Our network in Chile has a length of 2.377 KM, with which we provide connectivity to the most important cities of the country as Santiago, Valparaíso, Rancagua, Talca and Concepción.

The network is integrated to the regional transport backbone through a land outlet towards Argentina, and through submarine cables towards Lima.

This is the only ringed network in the territory, which turns it into a strategic asset for the country, which is very unstable in geological terms.

During the ringing process, we provided connectivity to areas in the south of the country which had traditionally had low coverage.

We deliver services in DWDM, SDH-PDH, MPLS, IP and Carrier Ethernet interfaces, which ensure the coverage, diversity, and quality required by our customers.

We are entitled to 50% of shares for TRANSNEXA S.A. E.M.A., Ecuadorian company that provides transport services to the main telecommunications operators in the country. The shareholding also belongs to local operator CNT.

2.413 KM optical fiber network, over high voltage power lines.

The network has a central ring that joins the cities of Guayaquil and Quito, and from there, it is connected to secondary cities in the coast and the jungle. In total, it provides services in 13 cities of the country.

We deliver services in DWDM, SDH-PDH, MPLS, IP and Carrier Ethernet interfaces, which ensure the coverage, diversity, and quality required by our customers.
